When is the Best Time to Go to Masai Mara?

The best time to visit the Masai Mara is from July to October, when the Great Wildebeest Migration crosses from Tanzania’s Serengeti into Kenya. During this season, over 1.5 million wildebeest and zebras move across the Mara River — one of nature’s greatest spectacles.

For quieter experiences and lower rates, June and November are excellent alternatives, offering lush landscapes and fewer tourists.
